2.      Eat Slowly!

This one may seem a bit odd but eating slowly really does help lose weight! Our stomachs take time to tell our brain that it is getting full. The truth is that drinking water not only leaves you more hydrated but also ends up making you feel fuller! Not to mention all the health benefits that follow being properly hydrated.

5.      Set Realistic Goals for Yourself

One of the most important aspects of losing weight is to do it in a healthy manner. Everyone wants to lose 20 or 30 pounds in one week, but the truth is that you should be aiming for 1-2 pounds lost per week. This is a marathon not a race! You need to find the proper mindset and endurance to reach your target weight. By setting realistic weekly goals, you can achieve that gratifying feeling we all strive for and before you know it, your goals will be in reach.

6.      Experiment!

Not every weight loss tip or diet will be for everyone. Finding the rhythm you need takes time and practice!
