Maltitol is a low calorie sweetener (sugar alcohol) that we use as a substitute for table sugar. It’s how we achieve that great JiMMY! Taste and still keep the sugar count low.

Palm Oil is healthier than the high trans-fat alternatives on the markets. It is also less of an allergen concern, whereas some alternatives, like coconut oil, create issues for those with tree nut allergies.

Vegetable glycerin is a clear and odorless liquid derived from the heating of vegetable oils, such as palm oil. We use it as a binding element within our bars.

Brain juice!  But seriously, that’s essentially what it is. We use MCT oil derived from coconut oil and the Omega 3 oil is derived from fish. Combined, the oils may promote brain and memory function.See?  Brain juice!  Or something like that...
