1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours (Monday through Friday). Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5–7 business days from the date the order was shipped. We make every effort to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping to a Domestic (USA) address under $49.99: $7.95 flat Shipping via USPS Ground Orders Over $50: Free Shipping

For orders shipping to Canada: Flat rate of $25.00 shipping 

3. International Shipping

We currently ship only to the domestic US and Canada,  including PO Boxes.  

4. Local Delivery/Pickup

Not available.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You can track your JiMMYBAR! order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it has been more than 48 business hours since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, please contact us.

6. Damages & Returns

JiMMYBAR! is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
