WHERE CAN I BUY JiMMYBAR!s?

Right here, right now :) JiMMYBAR!s can be purchased from our website. You can also look for us in the sports nutrition or protein bar section of your local convenience and grocery store. Since we cannot guarantee flavor or stock availability at stores, we always recommend buying on our website where you can find all our flavors in both full and SKiNNY sizes as well as variety packs. Sign up for our mailing list here to get a discount coupon, if you’re into things like that :)

MY LOCAL STORES DON’T CARRY JiMMYBAR! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Buy online! Our bars can be purchased online through our website or from other online retailers like Amazon. You may also speak to the manager of your local grocery or convenience store and direct them to our website or provide them with our contact information. 

Want us to contact your local stores? Send us the name and location of a neighborhood store where you’d like to see JiMMY! Bars on the shelves and help us expand JiMMY!

DOES JiMMYBAR! OFFER DISCOUNT CODES?

You bet we do! Discount codes are regularly shared with both existing and new customers. If you are a first time customer, sign up for our mailing list and receive a coupon for a 15% discount on your first order as well as receive exclusive JiMMY! offers on a regular basis. Also, like us on Facebook and/or follow us on Instagram to get the inside scoop and exclusive offers.

WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?

We apologize that you’re having trouble with your discount code. Please check the spelling of your code and try again. Coupon codes are typically meant for a limited period of time so the code you’re trying to use may have expired. Also, coupons for Free Shipping are only eligible if you’re shipping to a US address - we do not offer Free Shipping to international destinations. If you are still having trouble, please contact us.

Shipping

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $40 and subscription orders on our website as long as you are shipping to a US address. We do not offer free shipping to international addresses.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For Orders shipping to a Domestic (USA) address:
  • Orders Under $40: Shipping calculated and presented during the checkout process.
  • Orders Over $40: Free Shipping
  • Subscription Orders: Free Shipping

For Orders shipping to an address in Canada:
  • All Orders: Shipping calculated and presented during the checkout process.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

    Orders are shipped within 48 business hours and will arrive within 5-7 business days of when you placed the order. Due to COVID 19, we are experiencing some shipping delays. All orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. Please contact us here if you would like more information regarding your order.

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    You can track your JiMMYBAR! order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it has been more than 48 business hours since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, please contact us.

    WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

    We currently ship only to the USA and Canada.

    CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

    Yes! We do ship to P.O. boxes.

    Allergens / Ingredients

    ARE JiMMYBAR!s GLUTEN FREE?

    Yes! All of our products are gluten-free.

    ARE JiMMYBAR!s VEGAN?

    We do not have any vegan products at this point. Sign up for our mailing list so that you can receive an announcement if/when we launch a vegan bar/s.

    DO JiMMYBAR!s CONTAIN ALLERGENS, SUCH AS MILK, NUTS, WHEAT, ETC?

    Yes, some of our bars contain allergens. We list allergens on our packaging as well as the product detail page on our website.

    WHY DO YOU USE MALTITOL IN YOUR BARS?

    Maltitol is a low calorie sweetener (sugar alcohol) that we use as a substitute for table sugar. It’s how we achieve that great JiMMY! Taste and still keep the sugar count low.

    WHY DO YOU USE PALM OIL IN YOUR BARS?

    Palm Oil is healthier than the high trans-fat alternatives on the markets. It is also less of an allergen concern, whereas some alternatives, like coconut oil, create issues for those with tree nut allergies.

    IS YOUR PALM OIL SUSTAINABLY-SOURCED?

    JiMMYBAR! cares about the environment just as much as you do, which is why we source from an RSPO-certified company. Beyond being sustainably sourced, we work with suppliers who have been awarded a number of other certifications, including USDA Organic and Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture.

    WHAT IS VEGETABLE GLYCERIN?

    Vegetable glycerin is a clear and odorless liquid derived from the heating of vegetable oils, such as palm oil. We use it as a binding element within our bars.

    WHAT ARE MCT OIL & OMEGA 3 OILS?

    Brain juice!  

    But seriously, that’s essentially what it is. We use MCT oil derived from coconut oil and the Omega 3 oil is derived from fish. Combined, the oils may promote brain and memory function.

    WHAT IS COLLAGEN?

    Collagen is the main structural protein within the connective tissues of the body and is important in maintaining skin structure and bone strength. It accounts for one-third of the proteins found in the human body. Collagen may reverse skin aging, reduce cellulite, and ease joint pain.

    WHAT IS GUARANA? HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IS IN EACH CAFFEINATED BAR?

    Guarana is derived from the seeds of a Brazilian shrub. Whereas people in North America get most of their caffeine from the coffee bean, South Americans get a lot of their caffeine from guarana. The plant-based source reportedly has four times the amount of caffeine of coffee beans. Each caffeinated JiMMYBAR! (full-sized) contains the caffeine equivalent of approximately ½ cup of coffee.

    1. Pick your favorite JiMMYBAR!s and select Subscribe & Save.
    2. You'll get an email each month when your JiMMYBAR!s are ready to ship.
    3. Change the delivery or pause your subscription if you're going to be away.

    ARE ALL JiMMYBAR!s AVAILABLE FOR SUBSCRIPTION?

    HOW DO I START SUBSCRIPTION?

    1. Pick your favorite JiMMYBAR!s and select Subscribe & Save.
    2. Add the product to your cart.
    3. Select how often you want your JiMMYBAR!s delivered: every 14, 30, or 60 days.
    4. Select how many you want in each delivery (the quantity is limitless).
    5. Check out with your savings of 15% + free shipping! You will need to create an account or login.

    WHERE CAN I FIND MY SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS?

    You can find details of your description(s) under Sign In > then log in to your account > My Subscriptions. For each product in My Subscriptions, you can:
    • Increase/decrease the number of JiMMYBAR!s
    • Change the delivery frequency
    • Skip the next delivery
    • Change the delivery address
    • Change the payment details

    CAN I GROUP MY SUBSCRIPTIONS IN ONE ORDER?

    Yes. If your next order date, customer email, payment details, billing & shipping address, and shipping method is the same, everything can be grouped into one shipment.

    WILL I GET AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION?

    Of course! Expect to receive emails from us when:
    • Your JiMMYBAR!s are ready to ship.
    • You've updated or canceled the subscription.
    • Your credit card on file is about to expire and the details need to be updated.
