We're hiring a TikTok Shop Operations Manager to run the engine behind our TikTok Shop — the listings, the inventory flow, the promotions, the creator logistics, and the ad performance that keep the channel growing week over week.
You won't just be executing someone else's playbook. TikTok Shop is still young for us, which means you'll have real input on how we build it — testing new platform features, shaping our promotional calendar, and helping decide where we invest next. Keeping the Shop Sharp
Own our product catalog on TikTok Shop — accurate listings, fresh content, and launch-ready pages for every JiMMYBAR! SKU
Run the logistics behind creator seeding: tracking samples, managing inventory, and making sure product gets where it needs to go
Keep an eye on stock levels so we never run dry mid-campaign
Driving Promotions & Ad Performance
Set up and manage campaigns, flash sales, and promotions inside TikTok Shop
Monitor our paid performance (GMV Max and beyond), spot what's working, and raise the flag when something isn't
Keep our affiliate and customer outreach on a consistent, well-timed rhythm
Jump on big TikTok moments — seasonal pushes, beta features, and whatever the platform rolls out next
Fueling Our Creator Engine
Team up with our Affiliate Manager on outreach, engagement, and the day-to-day logistics of the program
Work with agencies and outside partners on creator sourcing, content needs, and launch programming
Keep sampling and creator communication running smoothly behind the scenes
Connecting the Dots Internally
Sync with supply chain and ops so inventory lines up with campaigns and promo windows
Stay in lockstep with Marketing, Social, and Sales on timing, messaging, and what's coming next
Make sure every product update and launch hits the channel clean and on schedule
A natural organizer who sweats the details and follows through
Energized (not overwhelmed) by juggling a lot at once in a growing business
A strong communicator who builds easy working relationships across teams and with outside partners
Someone who checks the numbers first and lets results drive decisions
Genuinely into health, fitness, and better-for-you food
1–3 years working in social commerce or managing an e-commerce channel
Hands-on TikTok Shop experience (brand, marketplace, or agency side) — a big plus if you've run one yourself
Background in CPG, wellness, or sports nutrition is a bonus
Comfort digging into performance data and turning what you find into next steps
Clear, confident written and verbal communication
Fluency with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and reporting
Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000
