About the Role

The Marketing Manager – Execution & Community is responsible for executing JiMMYBAR!'s marketing initiatives across creator partnerships, community marketing, lifecycle marketing, and grassroots growth programs. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll take strategic direction from her and own the day-to-day planning, coordination, communication, and execution of assigned marketing channels — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standard.

This is a highly execution-focused role. You won't be waiting for a task list, you'll be building one. If you thrive on ownership, move fast, and hold yourself to a high bar without someone watching over your shoulder, you'll fit right in.

Core Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador Program

•     Recruit, onboard, and manage brand ambassadors

•     Coordinate monthly deliverables and communications

•     Track performance and commission payouts

•     Execute ambassador campaigns and promotions

Influencer Marketing

•     Source and manage influencer partnerships

•     Coordinate product gifting and paid collaborations

•     Execute campaign timelines and deliverables

•     Track campaign performance and reporting

Affiliate Marketing

•     Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates

•     Coordinate affiliate campaigns

•     Track performance and optimize engagement

•     Maintain affiliate communications

Athlete Partnerships

•     Execute athlete contracts and deliverables

•     Coordinate product shipments and appearances

•     Manage ongoing athlete relationships

•     Ensure partnership obligations are fulfilled

College Program & Community Marketing

•     Execute campus ambassador initiatives

•     Coordinate college sampling and activations

•     Build relationships with universities and student organizations

•     Support grassroots marketing efforts

Pop-Up Events & Sampling

•     Plan and execute community events

•     Coordinate logistics, staffing, and inventory

•     Manage event partnerships and follow-up

•     Execute sampling initiatives

TikTok Community Management

•     Manage daily comment engagement

•     Respond to DMs and community interactions

•     Identify trending conversations and engagement opportunities

•     Support organic community growth

Email Marketing

•     Build and deploy email campaigns

•     Execute promotional calendars

•     Segment customer audiences

•     Monitor campaign performance and optimize results

Reporting

•     Maintain weekly KPI dashboards

•     Report on influencer, ambassador, affiliate, email, and event performance

•     Recommend execution improvements based on campaign results

What We're Looking For

•     2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in CPG, food & beverage, health & wellness, or a related consumer brand

•     Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish without daily supervision

•     Hands-on experience with influencer, affiliate, or ambassador program management

•     Proficiency in social media management, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar), and TikTok Shop

•     Strong communicator — you keep partners, athletes, and ambassadors on track without chasing

•     Highly organized with a systems-first mindset and a bias toward action

•     Comfortable with ambiguity — we move fast and the plan evolves; you adapt quickly

•     Passion for health, fitness, and performance nutrition is a major plus — you believe in what you're selling

•     Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
